On May 7 2018 my family and I went to this IHOP at 7:30 PM. I ordered a chicken fried steak from menu. My wife ordered pancakes and scrambled eggs. My daughter - law ordered a large stack of pancakes with eggs over medium with hash browns. My son ordered sirloin tips from menu with corn and mashed potatoes. A small childs cheeseburger for my grandchild. My chicken fried steak had been cooked with some sort of seasoning which made it taste horrible the hash browns tasted burnt the pancakes were not finished cooking in the middle.. Sirloin tips had after taste according to my son and he left the meal unfinished as did I. Daughter in law eggs were served with porttoins not finished (runny eggs). Cheese burger for grand child was overcooked and not eaten. Corn and mashed potatoes on sons meal were served in sealed plastic bags and we were told that employees were not allowed to touch food? Total cost of this mess was $58.00. We paid but vowed never to go to this IHOP again
