I visited this place yesterday and ordered a low-carb baked chicken salad. I was disappointed by the small portion of chicken included, as I received only a small chicken leg with a relatively large salad. Additionally, they were stingy with the dressing packets provided. Despite these shortcomings, this eatery in downtown Lafayette offers consistently good daily lunch options and friendly service.

I ate at their food booth at the Festival de Acadiens this year. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food; just not used to getting GREAT food at an outdoor event. The Peach Cobbler was absolutely the Best I ever had.
I will be back in Lafayette next spring for the Breaux Bridge Crayfish festival.....I will be visiting Pat's Downtown the first thing I do.
