We travel to Lafayette, La once a month and stay at the Fairmont behind outback at your pinhook location. We go to your restaurant each time. The food is fabulous. We had the prime rib last night. The think that ruins it all is that the restaurant smells like dirty mop water. Not sure if we will go back. Because of that your five star rating goes to a 2
