There is a real problem here at this restaurant. We have experienced bad service, not from the waitresses, but from the kitchen many many times to the point of frustration and getting up and walking out. We had decided not to go there anymore after many years of eating there, but last night, Nov. 8th, 2008, we decided to try once more. We were there waiting on our food almost an hour,which is a common thing there. We saw so many frustrated faces while there. Many got up and walked out. After waiting so long to get our order, my husband's grilled chicken was burned. This also is a common thing to happen here. There are many people in Springhill who like to go out to eat and this restaurant is one of a very few places to eat, but we see it going down down down and does anybody in the manangement care? We have not seen it. The waitresses and cashiers are always very apologetic, but who really cares if we spend out hard earned money and are not satisfied? Is there not anyone in the upper management who would care to address this issue and take it to the owners to investigate this major problem at this Springhill, Louisiana restaurant? Or is this store as far as this email will get? As for the ratings: food is good at times and uneatable at other times, service: waitresses try really hard, but they are frustrated also, value: hard to say on that one because things are so inconsistent here, atmosphere: wish you could have been there last night to see the frustration on customers faces and also the frustration on waitresses and cashiers faces as they just kept saying "I am sorry" to the customers. I am afraid if this problem is not addressed, we will see this place fold and we are in desperate need of a good place to eat in our town.
