Good food and good people

We anxiously ordered their normally delicious schoolhouse bread rolls. They were all burnt and totally dry. We would have understood if they had let us know the mess up; however they didn't.There is no way they didn't realize the quality of what they put in the box. No excuse for this poor judgement/ business decision.
