The shrimp gumbo was packed with seafood and bursting with flavor, while the loaded baked potatoes and monstrous burgers kept me coming back every time we're near the casino. Friendly, efficient staff and generous portions make this casual spot a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Cajun comfort food with a side of warm hospitality.

The food at Fausto's is consistently delicious, with huge, tasty burgers and loaded baked potatoes that are simply the bomb. Every visit is met with great hospitality and excellent service, making it a must-stop spot on our trips down to the casino from Texas. With its friendly staff and mouthwatering dishes, Fausto's is a well-deserved 5-star dining experience that keeps us coming back several times a year without ever being disappointed.

the gumbo is the best ever! I didn't even think I liked gumbo until eating here. We stop in every time we are in Kinder. It is amazing!

This place has gone down hill . Their "gourmet" burgers are made from what looks like premade frozen patties . Fries were cold . Last time we come here . 20 something bucks for crap . Not gonna get me again !!!!!!

While staying at Coushatta's we decided to go to "that little restaurant" we saw while driving to the casino. We each got the Seafood Platter Special and were totally amazed at the freshness of the fish, shrimp and oysters which gets breaded per order - nothing pre-breaded! We felt like we were eating in our own kitchen in South Louisiana. Being avid deer hunters, we thoroughly enjoyed the decor of previous hunts by the owners - a museum in a restaurant. Well worth the ride. Highly recommended.
