Don't know why Prejean's thought they could drown burnt food in hollandaise sauce and we wouldn't notice! Especially when you bring it out with burnt french toast ... smh. I wish I could post the picture, the bottom of the crab cakes were BLACK and so was the bottom of our french toast. I was even more so disappointed in the lackluster and dismissive response from Management. Definitely didn't feel like a valued patron.
