I think that building is just a distribution center, because aside from the Blue Bell Ice Cream sign, there wasn't anything indicating they were open for ice cream. We stopped there while passing through town to let our energetic 15-month-old play on their grass. To our surprise, a man came out with 2 pints of yummy ice cream and spoons for us - it was so kind! We had a nice chat with him and even got a honk from a passing fire truck that startled our little one.
