Just went to this location to order some shakes. They are half price after 8pm, which is a great deal. When we pushed the button, it took about 5 minutes for someone to answer. There were only 6 other cars, so not sure why it would take that long. I attempted to order our shakes and they said the ice cream machine is down. The last time I went to this location, I was given the same response. They must have mechanics show up when they are closed because the very next day, I ordered ice cream for lunch. Will be reporting this to management in the morning.
