My favorite Japanese restaurant in Metairie offers consistently good food and service in a laid-back ambiance, and I love their special chef salad, eel salad, seared tuna avocado salad, filet hibachi, little Tokyo rolls, and the delicious Black Jack Roll, while I appreciate their attentive staff and spacious seating, although it can be a bit loud at times.
