We stopped for a bite on a Saturday night at 9:30pm, and the atmosphere was lively with attentive service. The field green salad was fresh, the homemade kettle chips with French onion dip were delicious, and the wings with Crystal hot sauce glaze added a spicy kick that I loved, especially paired with an Abita on tap.

I had a great experience at Bistreaux for a late-night snack. The field green salad and homemade kettle chips with French onion dip were delicious, and the Crystal hot sauce wings were spicy-licious! The chef, Anthony Spizale, creates amazing dishes at a great value - don't miss the marinated crab claws or the fried oysters with slaw and remoulade!
