During a work trip to Covington, I discovered PJ's Coffee while searching for a local option to escape the usual chains. The atmosphere was charming, and I enjoyed a delicious latte and a ham and cheese croissant, along with a bag of pralines and cream coffee beans to take home. The friendly staff and quick service made it a great stop, especially with the added convenience of a drive-thru.
