Have always enjoyed eating at Outback. That changed last night, EVERYTHING including the bread came out cold! The potato was cold and hard, the lobster mac n'cheese was cold and dry, the steak was cold and inedible, the bread was cold and hard! Our server did not bring the food out and completely ignored us throughout the meal. Never once checking to see how everything was or to offer an ice tea refill even though he passed our table several times. When he finally did come to the table, he asked if we were ready for the bill and reeked of cigarette, I was beyond angry. When I mentioned the cold food, he made lame excuses about "new corporate policies" WHAT?!?! No apologies"¦won't be back! Very disappointing meal.
