During my recent stay at the Renaissance, my room wasn't ready upon arrival, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a more spacious and clean room. The staff, especially Leland, were welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city and dining options. The hotel's amenities, including the rooftop pool and onsite restaurant, added to the overall enjoyable experience of my stay.
