The staff at Omni Royal Orleans is absolutely amazing, with Shawn guiding us expertly, Kevin's warm hospitality, and Dorian's attentive care that turned a reservation mishap into a smooth experience. This elegant hotel, steeped in history and located right in the heart of the French Quarter, offers charming rooms with balconies overlooking vibrant streets, a rooftop pool, and excellent dining at the Rib Room. While some rooms are on the smaller side and certain amenities could be improved, the friendly professionalism and genuine care from every team member made the stay truly memorable.
