A few weeks ago I became hungry and decided to buy a lunch to take home. I had not ate here at this restaurant in a long time. After I got home the chicken dinner was very bad and tasted like it was made early that morning. I said that I was not going back to this KFC restaurant, though I concluded that the food was bad only this time because of the time of day which was 2 PM.
However, today after church my wife and I went by this KFC again to buy a lunch and also to buy lunches for friends who had been in an accident. The chicken dinner was terrible ! The food tasted like it had been made yesterday and everything was stale. I hope to never go back to this KFC again.

I have not been long left the KFC in Monroe LA, on Desaird right across from ULM. I went through the drive through, and I was eating in the car (lunch break) and there were not one, not two, but THREE pieces of hair in my food. I went back through the drive through and told them, they replaced only the potatoes, and put everything else back in the same box. I wanted a refund, however, I wasn't even offered that option. The lady didn't even speak when I drove to the window and handed her the box of food containing hair. I did not eat the food she gave me back I through it away. EXTREMELY gross, and very poor customer service. Probably done with KFC forever after that one.
