The most amazing roast beef Po boy I've ever had the staff is wonderful and the cheese fries with roast beef gravy and Swiss cheese are Amazing!!!

The Barbeque Ribs and the Beef Brisket , their Chicken the PoBoys all that we have gotten are Delicious!The Brisket Dinner and Baked potatoe with salad was the best around! I would definitely recommend this place to eat !! It is a little country like place but it is great also we order take out and never disappointed! I wish they were open longer hours during the week !

Po Boys were the best with super big portions. Price is very fair and staff was friendly. I would recommend this hometown restaurant to any one.

When I lived in Lacombe, I ordered out from Char Lou's frequently. They were never known for good service in the restaurant but the food was amazing!!

Absolutely the worst customer service with self centered employes. I ordered bread pudding did not receive it. Ordered white gravy got brown gravy. When I called to complain I was hung up on over and over again. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told by the same person that she was the manager and then hung up on again. And not only that but it was supposed to be ready in 15 mins and it took longer than 45 mins. I am absolutely never going to spend 1 dollar more in that establishment, ever.
