The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with excellent soundproofing and a bathroom that features strong water pressure and soft towels. The staff, especially Ahmad, provided friendly and accommodating service from shuttle pickup to check-in, making the entire experience very pleasant. The on-site restaurant and bar offer tasty options, and the festive atmosphere during my stay added a special touch that made it memorable.

The hotel had nice, clean rooms and a lovely restaurant/bar with great service. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, and I would definitely stay there again. The beautiful store had friendly staff and delicious coffee drinks, and I was satisfied with my room and the overall customer service experience.
