What's with every time I drive thru, they have you back up and wait til they tell you to pull forward again????? Very aggravating & I think it has something to do with the timer. Guess they need it to look like they were fast, yet the food is ALWAYS COLD!!!!! I used to love their food, but they hire people who doesn't care. I always regret going,
