Hey, do they happen to offer a sausage plate for birthday celebrations? I think that would be a nice treat for my friend Steve. That Sophia H person seems to have some strong opinions, but hey, everyone's entitled to their own taste. The rib shack's taters are out of this world, and their ribs are truly delicious. Make sure to check them out if you're passing through Louisiana and craving some good BBQ!

These are the best ribs this side of Memphis. Not too dry and not too wet.
I am so glad Joey and his crew take the time to do ribs right.
AWESOME RIBS kinda says it all. The rest of their menu is great too!

its been a while since I've been there but the pork ribs were unbelievable headed that way for the holidays see you soon
