I work around Illinois and recently checked out a cool joint in Springfield with a colleague. They had $1 sliders and 50-cent wings on Wednesdays - we chowed down on sliders and wings with a side of beers for a steal at $11.23. The place was a bit noisy and the food took a tad longer, but those sliders were amazing and the vibe was spot on - definitely going back for the next few Wednesdays!
