I called and specifically asked for carside pickup. Got there and was told carside was not available because she was the only one working to go orders. I informed her I literally asked for carside 20mins ago and was not dressed appropriately to come inside of the restaurant. So, I asked was she just going to disregard my order, she responded by saying she is the only one working, she's bagging orders for Waitr, etc. I noted we had been on the phone for about 2 mins...she could have ran my order out. I asked to speak to a manager on duty...she said they were swamped and he was acting as a host. I left without my order and was made to feel like it was my fault that they were short-handed and swamped. She could have informed me at the time of placing my order that she could not bring it out.

I ORDERED MY FOOD ON ONLINE WHILE SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT GAVE THEM ABOUT 5 MIN WENT TO THE PICKUP SIDE WAITED 10 MIN, THEY RAN OUT OF MY SODA I GOT MY FOOD GOT TO MY CAR CHECKED IT OUT AND IT WAS COLD. THERE WERE NOTHING IN THE LEAST WARM ABOUT IT SO DISAPPOINTED PLUS THINGS I ORDER ON DOORDASH YOU CANT GET IT ONLINE, PS ITEMS I ORDER ON DOORDASH IS (RIGHT) BUT IT'S ALSO HARD AND COLD.
