The food here is fantastic, especially the beef patties, cocoa bread, and jerk pork; it's always been consistently great over the years. Just be prepared for some hit-or-miss service, but the flavors make it totally worth it!

Some dishes are okay, but what I do know for sure is that, many Jamaican restaurants believe in the support such as the crowd and that's all it takes for them to deliver poor customer service, I can get food anywhere, but I refuse to spend another dollar here at this place, a young lady was on the line idling because she clearly state that she was on break, but she was ready to immediately attend to the person that was behind me, the Boss herself doesn't even seem as if she cares when a report is made, many businesses don't know that there are many who people who drive a good little distance to do business at their establishment, so why should the public put up with their disrespect, and many Jamaicans are BIG o
when it comes to being disrespectful as if you're begging them something.

Unbelievable ! I purchased two meals and a side of mac n cheese. Food was okay. The mac n cheese was horrible and cold. I let them know I could not eat it and was told I had to pay for it any way. Are you serious ???? This is very poor customer service. I guess they don't understand that , there are several restaurants that know how to treat customers like they are important. After all , they would not be in business if you didn't have customers who patronize this establishment. Just try and make your customers happy ! I will not be returing. Very disappointed to know you are so desperate for a dollar , you lost a customer over a side of "awful" mac n cheese.
