8/4/15 Had lunch there today with friends from work. We chose off of the lunch deal menu where you can get the "pick two" . There are no descriptions of the types of flatbread sandwiches they offer on the pick 2. I proceeded to ask our waitress what was on the chicken flatbread. I was told " chicken, a couple of different cheeses, mushrooms and onions. I said ok sounds good but please no onions. When I was served my order, there were decent size pieces of tomatoes baked in. I am highly allergic to tomatoes.
We told the waitress the problem and I reminded her that I asked what was in the dish and she never mentioned tomatoes. Reluctantly she took it back to have my order done over.
A few minutes passed and the manager came over and said to me, "didn't you read the menu?" It says tomatoes on that dish. I told him we ordered from the "pick two" menu where it says nothing and that's why I asked the waitress who clearly has no idea about what's on the menu.
Whatever happened to" the customer is always right"?
The manager clearly needs to work on his people skills.
To add to this review, my girlfriend's salad was tasteless and my other girlfriend ordered a wrap with no onions. Guess what? There were a ton of onions in it. Needless to say, this place is horrible!!
