I have visited Paella a few times in the past, but my recent visit was after some time away from the restaurant. I was eager for authentic paella and decided to return to this establishment. The experience was just as I remembered - delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. I particularly enjoyed the codfish croquettes, which were exceptionally flavorful and satisfying.
