Extremely unprofessional refused to give me the manager number began screaming yelling and cursing when I said she was being rude someone else got on the phone repeated the order correctly and proceeded to hang up customer service is horrible paid over $40 for 3 orders and all of them was wrong when I asked to speak to someone else they told me the manager was hospitalized and I still asked for a number and then he proceeded to tell me that they are dead

Rude service and staff their drive thru will make you wait 30-40 minutes to even take your order and will still find a way to mess it up. You're better off going to Tommy's Phillie Steak on 26th Ave and Broadway better food and better service with all of the same offerings as Broadway BBQ

Food is delicious but every time I call no one answers the phone. Especially on Sundays.
