The pork had a great flavor on its own, though the sauce was sweeter than I prefer, and the baked beans were delicious while the potato salad was overly sweet. The smoked chicken sandwich was large, tender, and juicy but a bit lacking in flavor, with fresh tomato and a soft bun adding a nice touch, and overall the stew was hearty and flavorful, though the brownie was disappointing due to its dry texture.

The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual with picnic tables set up outside. Be sure to bring cash, as credit cards are not accepted at this smoke trailer located in a gas station parking lot.
