A friend from Texas mentioned this restaurant, so we decided to take a scenic drive from Boise to try it out, and we were really impressed. The tri-tip was perfectly cooked with huge portions, and the sweet potato fries paired with maple butter were outstanding; the ribs were tender and flavorful as well. While the service was a bit rushed and the steak knives were disappointingly dull, the overall food quality and unique atmosphere made the visit memorable, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

While visiting Texas, a local recommended this restaurant to us, so we decided to take a scenic drive from Boise to check it out. Despite some negative reviews we had read, we found the tri-tip to be incredibly delicious and cooked perfectly to our liking. The portions were generous, and we especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries with maple butter, as well as the fall-off-the-bone ribs with flavorful sauce.
