230 Fifth Rooftop Bar has an amazing view of the Empire State Building and Midtown Manhattan skyline that's totally worth checking out, especially if you want to skip the pricey observatories. The vibe is fun with heated outdoor seating, festive decorations, and decent food-plus their Virgin Hot Apple Cider is seriously five stars perfect for a cozy night out.
