Las Palmeras is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Colorado! The margaritas are the best I've ever had, and the service is exceptional. The lunch menu is a must-try, with delicious dishes like refried beans that remind me of homemade cooking. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more of their fantastic food and friendly service.
