The food and service were great at Champions. I was a bit nervous after reading reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. Our server was friendly and the food arrived quickly. The cocktails were just okay, but the atmosphere was lively with plenty of screens to watch sports. The nachos were huge and delicious, and the hamburger was cooked perfectly. The prices were reasonable for a Marriott restaurant. The Mahi Mahi tacos were the best I've ever had, and the Grilled Salmon with Jasmine rice was tasty with the orange glaze. The breakfast buffet at the Courtyard Marriott was decent with good quality food and excellent service. The staff was friendly and made sure our coffee was always topped up.
