Los Portales is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. The buffet is a favorite of mine, and the late supper I had was satisfying. The steak, nachos, and fajitas were well-seasoned and better than other Mexican restaurants I've tried. The building is nicely remodeled, the wait staff is well-dressed, and the overall experience was enjoyable.
