Craving a burrito in Portland can be a bit of a challenge, but stumbling upon Neza was a pleasant surprise. The flavors in the burrito and tacos were on point, and the salsa added a nice kick to the meal. Plus, the owner's genuine hospitality and fair prices made the experience even better.
