This restaurant is fully not only vegetarian, but also vegan. They use no aminal products whatsoever in the ingredients. It says so on the menu also.
When they refer to "meat" such as "lobster" they are referring to the vegan "equivalent" to lobster.
It is not actually lobster. It is vegan.
