Lake Ronkonkoma Strathmore Bagels has been a beloved establishment in the Lake Shore Plaza since its opening in the late 1980s. Enjoying a delicious BLT or egg salad on a bagel while catching up on the latest news from a physical copy of "Newsday" was a cherished routine before my swing shift at the neighboring Waldbaum's. Over the years, the consistent quality and friendly service at Strathmore Bagels have made it a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
