I had never heard of Uncle Bud's burgers until I got hungry while at the Rancho Rio Casino just outside of Jackson California. They serve them at the Pacific Grill along with pizza fish and chips and Asian food. It's very much like cafeteria style but at least they do bring the food to your table it was hot and yummy and it's so sad that this good burger place has closed down so if you want a great burger come on out to the casino you will not regret it
