Waitress apparently took a lunch break and failed to turn in our order. Poor service all around but food was good once we got it an hour later.

We selected LongHorn to accommodate a party of 20 people. This was worst restaurant experience I have ever had. 1st there was a 45 wait to be seated. The waitress was very polite and attentive, but had not assistance to help accommodate such a large party. Food orders were taken but very slow in receiving our orders. There were customers who came after our party received their foods before we even received appetizers were received. Once our orders begin being delivered the loaded back potato was served with spoiled sour cream. The manager was called to the table to discuss the terrible service when he apologized and he stated the gentleman which should have been assisting with our table was reprimand due to failing to assisting with our service. Upon our table discussion another female employee over heard our discussion on the poor service and made a comment and once asked her name she refused to give her name. After this a verbal altercation erupted between the female employee and some of our table guest. I work in customer service and know how important it is to be attentive to the customer, but this experience was the worst I have ever experience. This will be my LAST time at this location. Very dissatisfied.
