The Mexican food here is absolutely delicious, especially the barbacoa and carnitas, which are incredibly tender and flavorful. Be sure to arrive early and bring cash, as they run out quickly, and don't miss out on their freshly made corn tortillas and perfect salsa to accompany your meal.

Marroquín has the best Mexican original taste in Corpus Christi Tx. All their dishes are GREAT!!! But as far as as their caldo de pollo (Mexican chicken soup) there's no other better than theirs. Their recipe comes from generations. Very clean place; friendly personnel.
