I haven't been there in a while but this experience was horrible. Arrived at 5 o'clock pm was seated immediately, drink order taken. Took 15 minutes to get water and hot tea, filled in our sushi order and placed regular order. While waiting every table around us was getting incorrect orders or complaining they had never got their order, several tables paid for drinks and got up and left. Some exiting customers waited at the front to complain to manager and walked out. Finally we got one order of sushi and one appetizer from the kitchen. we have now been here 40 minutes. Call waitress over she says sorry sorry she will check our order comes back with one item from sushi bar it says others will be right up, well that never happened so far we haven't even got our order. Hot tea tasted like hot tap water so complained and got fresh pot, slightly better. Sushi bar chefs I have never seen before, I kept thinking they must have changed hands and not for the better have been here many many times and nothing we ordered tasted or look like the sushi we normally get. Over an hour later we finally get the last of our orders.complained again and finally got our bill, waitress apologized and took 12 dollars off of our bill. I will not be back! Used to come here all the time before a movie which is right next door, I'd rather drive for 20 minutes or more than wait here for terrible food and service.
