My wife and I went to Wishbone Cafe and other than us, there was only 5 other people there dining.We ordered and had wait 20 minutes for her cuban sandwich to be brough to the table. Problem was, it wasn't even a cuban sandwich, it was a pork brisket sandwich. She ate it anyway because we were really hungry and were tired of waiting. She did enjoy it and said it was really good. The entire time we had to listen to extremely loud rap music coming from the kitchen that filled the entire dining area. They finally brought my Louis Armstrong plate out about the time she had finished her pork sandwich. The Louis Armstrong plate was very good.

We went to eat at Wishbone Cafe on a trip home and wanted some good Cajun food. The service was terribly slow and it was not packed. The tables were not cleared off from previous customers. They brought my sandwich and then my husband’s about five minutes after. He ordered a Cuban and it looked nothing like a Cuban, just a regular pork sandwich. The food was not bad, but it was more the slow service and unclean restrooms that bothered me. Health rating of 85. We left our money on the table because they were too slow to bring us a ticket. I wouldn’t go there again.
