I found the best halibut fish and chips in Portland at this bar near the airport on Sandy. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed the Ruben and my husband loved the mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The staff were super nice and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their delicious food.
