Absolutely the worst business system! I ordered online, arrived to pick up order, associate could not understand English, had to repeat and repeat letters of my name, only to be told biscuits would be an additional 14 minutes. Never again!

Ordered here a couple times. Every time the order is completely screwed up. Last order was my last. Ordered a 5 pc chicken tender. Got about 1 tender that was shredded into 5 pieces. Wrong sides and drink. Pure incompetence. Take your business elsewhere.

Now I remember why I don't go to KFC. Told there is a 18 minute wait for extra crispy chicken ,this is a Saturday night at supper time . Ordered the 8 piece and I asked the server when he gave me the bucket if he put 8 pieces in it cause I counted as he put it in, so of course I was right when I got home only 6 pieces also potatoes were cold and gravy was just warm. Not happy.
