I have never experienced the customer service and the way I was treated at DQ in Windham, on Easter Sunday April 16, 2017. I had ordered a cake with a bunny on top. I should of known the girl was not paying any attention to me when I called. Horrible customer service. Was to pick it up at 3:00 pm and when I arrived they could not find my order. After 15 minutes they decided to have me make a choice out of the freezer. Then they took the cake out back and wrote Happy Easter and speared the lettering all over the cake. I was very disappointed as this was suppose to be very special for 4 small children. I was very patient until the young lady apologized in an unprofessional manner As a good customer of DQ I will never use your facilities again. Not nice at all.

I go to westbrook dairy queen and they do follow whats advertised on tv why doesn't windham and they also have desert with the 5.00 meal windham has had the same cheeseburger 5.00 special for well over a year, the kids would rather go to westbrook for that reason
