Living in California for 27 years gave me a taste for authentic Chinese cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised to find equally fantastic options in Maine. The Chinese restaurants in coastal cities and desert areas alike served up some seriously delicious dishes that rival those in China. Hunan House in particular blew me away with their flavorful wonton and hot and sour soups, mouthwatering Mongolian beef, and scrumptious fried rice. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delectable offerings!
