Just ordered 60 bucks worth of chicken and shrimp. It was all like rubber and hard. Could not even eat any of it!

I am writing to you because I just stopped at the Popeys's Chicken on the Maine Turnpike in Kittery. When I go to visit my daughter in New Hampshire I always stop by your place and get some of your chicken. I stopped today and ordered some Mild Chicken tenders. I got them home and the were so spicy hot. I cannot eat anything spicy. Was very disappointed when I bit into one of them. I just love your chicken but wasn't very happy with what I got today.
