The food was always terrific until the new place opened this year 2017 :( We used to go every Friday evening with other family members and loved it .. When it closed we started going to the new Manderin and it is great .. So we came back to you to give it a try and it was horrible,just horrible !! Food was cold and yes we complained and they looked at us and walked away ..Well we won't try it again ..once was enough ..Its a wonder nobody got sick that night food needs to be kept at a certain temperature ! What happened to this place ?

The best Chinese food in Maine! My family has been going there for several years now and never had a bad meal. As for the guy that asked what kind of Chinese place serves pizza: the kind that knows kids like pizza and adults like Chinese food in some families. If you can't find what you want here, you are just too picky!

The food is great! They are always refilling the food non-stop. And the reason they have pizza is because some people can't have Chinese food! There is something called IBS. And if 10 people want to go for Chinese, but the 11Th person doesn't like Chinese..then there's something different for them. And on Friday nights, there are unlimited clams!! Some people go just for the that, that alone is worth under $10. There are appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Very large place too. I would full recommend this place, very convenient location as well!!

Crappy service and no sushi and when asked where it was, they acted like I was stupid. Um..yeah walked out of there, what Chinese place serves pizza??

the food in this place is OK. The service is pretty bad. I go there on Mondays and Wednesdays for lunch. I get water most of the time and the last 3 times i have been there and had water with my meal, they have not even checked out table to see if we needed anything or bright us a water refill. We ask the last time we were there for water refills and they never brought it to up.. BAD SERVICE.. No or Bad service ?? no or bad tip..

For individuals or families looking for something a little different to round out their week, they cannot go wrong with this popular buffet. Reasonably priced $9.25 per person; with Wednesday specials at $7.99, and $6.99 on Sundays; the buffet has much to offer in variety, textures and flavor. Some items regrettably sit for longer periods and result in tasting dry, overdone and lacking color; but the more popular items are refreshed regularly. I was pleased with attentive, polite table service with wait staff clearing away finished plates without delay and happily offering refills of soft drinks at no extra charge. On the whole, one must take a moment to walk around and look at all there is to offer before filling the plate, because it might be easy to overlook something quite delicious. save room for dessert! I was impressed with the number of items available - from light to decadent: Cake and a creamy Cheesecake. A very pleasant dining experience overall -

great food when compared to "the other guys" in south portland. very heavy on the flavor and sauce, possibly the MSG, too.. hence the 7 for value (the price is low for lunch, in the $6.00 range i believe)
