How about NO STARS? Prior to ordering online today, I did a regular search for a coupon code. We order at least twice a week so using a coupon is something we do often. As I tried to place an order and use a code an error appeared. I called Romeo's, was put on hold, then spoke directly to Mr. Manager on the phone when I called to advise him of the problem with the coupon code. He stated "go ahead and place your order online and when you come in I'll honor the discount.
Well, this did not happen. Within seconds of us walking in the manager came from the bar, looked at my phone and stated "this coupon is from Ohio". So I asked if there was one for his franchise. He said we were screaming and that he was calling the police if we did not leave. Wait, what? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Because you won't honor a coupon? What a shady little man with a SYSCO menu. We left NEVER EVER TO GO BACK. Don't be scammed folks. Don't believe what your told on the phone because it's a different story in person. And most importantly, don't forget what the manager thinks of his customers. Just another $1. Poor, poor little man. How sad a life it must be to treat people so horribly.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful waitress and management. Staff ignorant re implementation and enforcement of Covid mandates. Overpriced marginal food. Not a family friendly environment: bar packed with maskless, shoulder rubbing, cackling, intoxicated adults at 6:00pm on a weeknight.

We went to the Romeos in Yarmouth last night and it was simply AWESOME!! I had the Spanakopita Pizza WOW what a taste sensation! Try it for yourself...
Excellent we will go again real soon so many more things we want to try. Delicious!

We get their pizza on special occassions and it never fails to be perfect. They also have a gluten free crust so we can still eat our favorite pizza even though we have gone gluten free.
