The snow was not removed from the handicap ramps, the floors were not swept or mopped , dirty overall. restrooms so dirty I would never take a child in there. The counterpersons were nice ,polite, and kind service was slow for being inside. Not that much traffic at the takeout window.But the staff was concerned about there own conversations. not the customers. I'll not go there to purchase a food product again until I check it out inside again first. What a shame a nice looking new building.Just wise it was better run

I go this Dunkin doughnuts every morning for a Lg cappuccino. I enjoy the staff, very friendly, however, this week 9/14 - 9/18, the new espresso machine has been broke down all week. How can this happen. I am very disappointed that this store can not deliver the product to it's customers. I plan to not to give them my business anymore. I have probably spent hundreds of dollars at this Dunkin Doughnuts over the past years. Sorry, no more.
