My family that runs this place, we are so into cutting corners. We will scrape mold off the cheese, rinse bugs off the pasta and buy horse meat to save a buck. The kitchen is filthy, the food is so old and don't get me started about how we treat the employees...we'll even threaten them into helping scam Immigration to get our family citizenship from Greece. Sissie Bessie ran both the Scarborough and Portland restaurants into the ground. Pray she doesn't get hired here also..I can't keep quiet no more..I'm going back home anyway.

1st time experience: Called in a Pizza (large vegetarian) without looking at menu or price from my vehicle while doing some errands. The young man who answered said "you are going to love it" after I repeated my order,we spoke only about giving them 25 minutes when I ordered for it to cook? Picked up the pizza shortly before 5pm on 12/29/2022 ,went home 20 miles away and watched game,ate a few pieces of pizza.Noticed it was crunchier than normal vegetarian pizza(like a salad on a 1/2 inch cooked pizza dough) only cooked in spots,some spots were cooked and underneath still cold? I tried calling next am because I was up at 6am Friday for unnecessary bathroom duties! Called Twice each day looking for the Mgr,Tracy, to no avail. I either just missed her or I got the "she'll be back in two hours" response. Never once was I asked to leave a message until the 4th day calling. 3 things went WRONG: 1)Bad Pizza 2) Someone got sick from Bad Food 3) Paid 1 1/2 times the local rate (IMO) of a large vegetarian pizza to add insult to INJURY or Vice Versa,then when I do get their MGR its a debate right out of the gate? This is their customer service policy : SCREW THE CUSTOMER and then TELL THEM ITS NEVER HAPPENED HERE IN 30 years....Lisbon House of Pizza in Lisbon,Maine isn't "FIT" for their own name! BTW ,Looked like they were staffed with enough people,so they can't blame the lack of quality on that VARIABLE,which I'm sure is Tracy's next move as Manager!

Don't waste you time. The food is pretty decent yet what does it matter when the service is horrendous (which happens repeatedly)? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere- and if they mess up your order, hold them to it! They will find a way to forget about that coupon they offered on the phone when you call to complain (not everyone lives close to them they seem to forget) and then charge you more when you go in to redeem it saying the free pizza they offered due to their mishap the first "was a mistake". The only mistake is giving more money to this establishment
