The family that operates this campground is incredibly welcoming and kind. While some previous reviews may not accurately reflect the experience, it is important to consider the potential for large groups impacting the atmosphere. The campground is managed by a lovely older couple who provide a peaceful and well-maintained environment along the Kennebec River.
